Social Media & Growth Marketing Intern

About the Role

At Khana AI, we are building the world's most intelligent AI camera scanner and natural voice assistant for Indian nutrition. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and fast-execution Social Media & Growth Marketing Intern to help us scale our social brand, content distribution, and organic user acquisition.

You will work directly alongside the founders to craft viral short-form video hooks, test new growth hacks across Instagram, Shorts, and Reddit, and build an active community around fitness, Indian food tracking, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Production: Research, script, and edit high-performing Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Multi-Channel Distribution: Publish and manage content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X/Twitter, and Reddit.
• Content Strategy & Hooks: Generate compelling 3-second visual hooks, copy, and captions that drive watch time and downloads.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, reply to comments, and moderate community discussions to boost engagement.
• Influencer & Creator Outreach: Identify and pitch micro fitness/nutrition creators (5k-50k) for brand collaborations.
• Growth Experiments: Design and run weekly growth experiments to increase organic website traffic and app installs.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, profile visits, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to refine strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

Target Audience: Students, Freshers, Digital Marketing Learners, Social Media Enthusiasts & Content Creators.

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn dry nutrition concepts into entertaining, viral videos.
• High willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English & Hindi/Hinglish.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently in a remote team with daily check-ins.
• Note: Previous formal work experience is a plus, NOT mandatory! Passion & creativity matter most.

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience growing an Instagram page or YouTube channel.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or mobile video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, copywriting, or paid ad creatives.
• Experience with community building or creator outreach.
