1. Services & AI Disclaimer
Khana AI provides food calorie estimation, voice logging, water tracking, sleep tracking, and physical activity logs. Our tools utilize advanced artificial intelligence to analyze photographs and verbal statements.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All calorie count, weight target recommendation, and nutritional breakdowns provided by the App are automated estimates and are for informational purposes only. Khana AI is not a medical device, nor does it provide clinical health or diet advice. Always consult a physician or registered dietitian before beginning any intense caloric restriction or fitness routine.
2. Subscription Plans & Payments
We offer a Premium Lifetime Access tier to unlock advanced features, unlimited scans, and remove ads:
- Purchases: Payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store billing portal.
- Lifetime Access: Represents a one-time purchase that unlocks premium benefits in the App for the lifetime of the product.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed under Google Play Store standard refund guidelines.
3. Acceptable Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or malicious images or data. You are solely responsible for all images and meal logs registered under your user account.
4. Intellectual Property
All software code, brand designs, logo assets, UI graphics, and marketing copywriting of Khana AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Khana AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khana AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our calorie-tracking features.
